Process flow of stainless steel mirror treatment

1. Polishing

2. Acid washing

Acid washing is a very important step in the surface treatment process of stainless steel. Through the action of acid solution, impurities such as surface oxide scale and dirt are removed, making the surface cleaner.

3. Polishing

Polishing is the most critical process in the entire processing. Using precision mechanical equipment and technology, the surface is polished multiple times to achieve a smooth, flat, and highly reflective effect.

4. Cleaning

Cleaning is the process of removing residual polishing agents, dust, and other impurities from the polished surface. Surface cleaning requires the use of ultrasonic cleaning technology to achieve a thorough cleaning effect.

5. Surface treatment

The surface of stainless steel produced through the above process belongs to the metal inorganic surface treatment part, so subsequent chemical reactions are targeted at the surface metal parts. For mirror treatment, subsequent treatment methods such as surface spraying with anti-corrosion agents are needed.
