Sinosteel international recently announced that Sinosteel Equipment Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinosteel International Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., and Sinosteel engineering design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinosteel International Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., and tosyali Algerian iron and Steel Industry Co., Ltd. signed the EPC contract for the new tosyali Algeria phase IV comprehensive steel plant project on December 1, 2021, including direct reduced iron The total contract value of the three parts of steelmaking and hot continuous rolling is USD 1.096 billion, about RMB 6.986 billion. The project includes the construction of a direct reduction iron workshop with an annual output of 2.5 million tons, an electric furnace steelmaking workshop and a hot continuous rolling production line. Sinosteel equipment and Sinosteel Design Institute are respectively responsible for project design, equipment and material procurement and supply, engineering construction, equipment installation, commissioning services, etc.
